Stop making excuses. Create your reality.

As a coach and speaker, I speak to a lot of people—on a daily basis.

And, one thing I hear a lot are excuses for why their life is not where they want it to be.

Not enough time.

Not enough money.

Not enough confidence.

No idea how.

No one supportive.

Sure you could call these reasons…but really they are all excuses. You want to make an impact. You want to be happy. You want to make tons of money and donate it to causes you care about.

But you can’t. Something is stopping you. And so you come up with reasons, (aka excuses) as to why you simply can’t do, be or have what you truly dream about.

Believe me, I totally get it. I am right there with you. I still have some wild dreams that I have put aside simply because of some sort of excuse I’ve convinced myself is valid.

But today, I draw the line in the sand. No more excuses.

Are you with me?

A new reality may take longer to manifest than you expect or it may be nothing like you originally thought you wanted, but when you stop making excuses, stop complaining, stop blaming everyone and everything else for why you are where are today and not where you want to be, miracles can and do happen. I am pretty sure I am living proof of that.

Before I go way off on my own soapbox, I wanted to share with you a great TedTalk that I think you’ll like.

What’s your excuse?

Let me know what you think in the comments below about the excuses you’ve used in the past and how you are drawing your own line in the sand.
