Don't Quit

The past few years have been really challenging for most people. Don’t quit.

I get it. You’re mentally and probably physically exhausted.

If I hear the words pivot and innovate one more time I might scream too.

Don’t quit.

You’ve been bombarded with mixed messages, do’s and don’ts, new rules, and the underlying stress and anxiety that seems to be ever present.

It’s exhausting.

Please don’t quit.

It’s been REALLY hard for most of us.

Employment security is gone for many. Financial stress is very real.

But don’t quit on yourself.

Take the time you need to cocoon, heal, have fun, laugh, and just BE.

It’s ok to take a break. It’s ok to need time off.

Take care of YOU.

Just don’t quit.

When the time feels right, get back up and get back in there.

I’d like to share a wonderful video that I like to watch when I need an motivational boost.
